SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Vyrosya currently delivers orders within Australia only, to metropolitan, regional and remote addresses.

Orders are fulfilled by our fulfilment partners and sent with tracked shipping. Our estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 8–12 business days from the date your order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Handling time: orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Transit time: once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total estimated delivery time: approximately 8–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, carrier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Regional and remote addresses may need additional transit time.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If your order contains several products, they may arrive in separate parcels.

The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the product, parcel size and weight, stock availability, fulfilment location and delivery destination.

If you experience an unexpected delay or have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@vyrosya.com so that we can investigate.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more within Australia.

Orders under $100: standard shipping is $4.90.

Tracking is available for all shipped orders and will be provided to you once your tracking information becomes available.
